PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load applied to track block, and to increase the grip force without hurting the track block, in a nonskid device of a rubber crawler which is installed removable to the rubber track block, and suppresses the skid of the track block on the icy or snowy road surface. SOLUTION: A projection 3 to bite in the icy or snowy surface is erected on the surface of a base plate 5 which is fixed to a track block in the form abutting its rear surface to lugs 4 projected to the track block 2. Especially, the projection 3 is provided in the area at the inner side from the left and the right outer edges at the contact part between a track roller to guide the track block and the track block 2. Furthermore, the base plate 5 is fixed to the track block 2 through a connection fixing member 7 bendable freely, in the form loaded between plural lugs 4. The connection fixing member 7 is composed of a hook 8 engaged to the side edge of the track block 2, and a chain 9 to connect the hook 8 to the base plate 5, and the plural members 7 are provided both at the right side and the left side of the base plate 5 respectively.
