PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve seal performance between a lip seal and a bank-shape part, in the device switching suction of the inside/outside air by an inside/outside air switching door having a lip-shaped elastic seal material. SOLUTION: In this inside/outside air switching device in an air conditioner for a vehicle provided with a lip-shaped elastic seal material 19a protruded to a suction port side of the inside/outside air from a peripheral edge part surface of a door board part 16a of an inside/outside air switching door 16 to be formed with a bank-shaped part 22 protruded to a side of the inside/ outside air switching door 16 in a peripheral edge part in a suction port of the inside/outside air to elastically deform the lip-shaped elastic seal material 19a made in adhesion to the bank-shaped part 22, the lip-shaped elastic seal material 19a is started to come into contact from the bank-shaped part 22 separated from a rotary shaft 16b when a suction port 11 of the inside air and a suction port 13 of the outside air are switched to be opened/closed.
