PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house a bulky article through upper and lower housing chambers by providing an upper housing chamber having an opening turned to an assistant driver's seat and a bottom plate tray pivotally fixed along a vehicle lateral directional pivotal shaft in such a manner as to be rotatably fixable and a lower housing chamber surrounded by a lid rotating along the pivotal shaft. SOLUTION: An upper housing chamber bottom plate tray 6 is supported in the state where a foldable support arm 8 is extended in a horizontal position. Both ends of the foldable support arm 8 are pivotally fixed to an instrument panel recessed part deep wall 1B and the tray 6 bottom part through rotation parts 8A, 8C, respectively, and it is folded upward by a helical spring in a central rotation part 8B. The rotation part 8B is formed of an elliptic hole and a shaft, and the support arm 8 is stabilized in the upper position. To suspend down and house the tray 6, a lower housing chamber lid 10 is opened, and the upper bottom plate tray 6 is slightly lifted up by a hand. Then, the rotation part 8B of the support arm 8 is folded upward, and the support arm 8 is rotated around the rotation parts 8A, 8B, and 8C to vertically house the upper bottom plate tray 6.
