<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat resistance and oxidizing resistance and prevent deterioration of mechanical strength or the like under high temperature, by forming a nozzle of a flame burner with a specific material. SOLUTION: A glass processing flame burner 20 has a nozzle 23 of conical trapezoid at the head of a cylindrical body. When the nozzle 23 is seen from the direction of its tip, auxiliary combustion gas is discharged from dozens of pipe-like slender nozzles 25 and combustible gas is discharged from a gap 26 between an outer case 24 of the nozzle 23 and the nozzles 25. Ni or SUS310S having an excellent heat resistance and oxidizing resistance is used for a material of the nozzle from which oxygen is discharged. The nozzle 25 made of Ni or 310S consists of about 60 pipes with their base being brazed to a brass stand. Even if the tip of the nozzle is exposed in a high temperature oxyhydrogen flame for a long time, a metal oxide is formed, followed by parting of a thin film thereof, thereby preventing attachment and mixing to an object to be processed. In this way, operation can be stabilized through the processing period and the quality can be improved.</p> |
