<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a creeping distance of an insulating cover. SOLUTION: Downside parts of half cut pieces 22a, 22b constituting an insulating cover 10 are joined with a bolt and a nut made of a synthetic resin, and upside parts are joined by being sandwiched by a lock pipe 90. Because the creeping distance upward from a live part (an aluminum pipe 100 and support metal fittings 104) is a distance from a transverse swell part 22 through an upside flat part 32 and a flange part 34 to an axial opening 92 of the lock pipe 90, the creeping distance becomes much longer than that of a structure in which a bolt hole or the like is provided on the upside flat part 32.</p> |
