PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating member for warming in a room by conducting a heat from a radiator to an installing surface and a floor heating member having good executability, by reducing a total finishing thickness in a floor heating system for warming in a room by a radiation heat from a floor surface and the floor heating system having excellent executability, and realizing an easy barrier free design. SOLUTION: The floor heating member 40 comprises a base material 8 having a first channel formed to hold a warm water pipe 5 in which warm water flows therein, a second channel formed at a position opposed to the first channel, and a flooring member 24 obtained by holding the pipe 5 between the first and second channels and laminating it with the material 8. In this case, the heat from the pipe 5 is conducted to a surface of the material 24 to warm in the room. |
