PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling agent compsn. having excellent antifouling performance and high safety of its solution, capable of uniform coating without causing coating unevenness, and safe enough not to cause destruction of the ozone layer and global warming. SOLUTION: This compsn. is a fluorine solvent contg. at least one selected from a hydrofluorocarbon and a hydrofluoroether as an antifouling agent compsn., or what is prepared by solving an antifouling component having at least a perfluoroalkylether group and at least one functional group which is high in compatibility with and/or capable of forming a chemical bond with a base material in its molecule and dissolved in a mixed solvent of the fluorine solvent and a non-fluoride solved.
