PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably park a car without damaging the car by respectively specifying a height of a car stopper structure used at parking time and an inclination of an inclined upper surface, and forming the car stopper structure of a material for generating large frictional force when a tire contacts with the inclined upper surface. SOLUTION: A car stopper structure is formed by arranging an inclined upper surface on which a height from a flat bottom surface is 10 to 40 rum, desirably, 20 to 30 mm and an inclination is 25 to 45 deg., desirably, 30 to 40 deg.. The length of the inclined upper surface of this car stopper structure is set to 110 to 140 mm, desirably, 115 to 130 mm. Such a car stopper structure is formed of a material for generating large frictional force when a tire contacts with the inclined upper surface, but is desirably manufactured by heat-treating the outside of a form at 150 to 250 deg.C after filling a material by mixing a pulverized material of a waste tire with an adhesive and pigment in the form.
