PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting/demounting work of a refrigerant pipe from above an engine room. SOLUTION: An expansion valve 50 is mounted in an end part in a lamination direction C of tubes 21a in a cooling heat exchanger 21, the lamination direction C of the tube 21a is set to a vehicle longitudinal direction, and the expansion valve 50 is penetratingly arranged in a partition 42 so as to protrude to a side of an engine room 41. Further, the cooling heat exchanger 21 is slantly arranged so that a vehicle front side becomes high and a vehicle rear sides becomes low. In this way, a surface 50g in a side for connecting pipes 61, 62 of cooling fluid in the expansion valve 50 faces diagonally upward, and a position of a hole or the like in this pipe connection part can be easily confirmed from above the engine room 41.
