摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to improve the productivity of a machine, to miniaturize the machine and to reduce the production cost and occupied space of the machine by shortening a molding cycle time by a method wherein the supporting part of a core mold, on which an outsert part can be installed, is arranged movably to the moving direction of a movable platen between a fixed platen and the movable platen and, in addition, a driving part for moving the supporting part of the core mold is provided. SOLUTION: In addition to a function that a movable mold Cm is movable to a fixed mold Cs, a core mold Cc, on which an outsert part (os) P is installed, is arranged between both the molds and the core mold Cc is made movable to the moving direction F of the movable mold Cm by the driving part 7 of the core mold so as to respectively make gaps Am and As between the core mold Cc and the movable mold Cm and between the core mold Cc and the fixed mold Cs. The outsert part osP, especially, a box type part can be installed onto the core mold Cc from above under the state that the opening Po of the osP directs downwards so as to allow to take a molding Pg upwards, resulting in making a moving device 3 of the core mold Cc outside the molds unnecessary. Thus, a molding cycle time is shortened and consequently the productivity of a machine can be improved, the machine can be miniaturized and the production cost and occupied space can be reduced.
