PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication between robot devices. SOLUTION: A signal comparison circuit 5 compares the results of detection of features by a signal separation circuit 3 with an LED-robot individual body table stored in a signal pattern storage circuit 4. The signal comparison circuit 5 recognizes that flickering of an LED is done by a predetermined robot device based on the LED-robot individual body table, reads robot ID related to the predetermined robot device from the signal pattern storage circuit 4, and supplies it to an external output determining circuit 6. In the external output determining circuit 6, a control program is stored like 'it salutes by swinging head' for the predetermined robot device. Consequently, the external output determining circuit 6 determines operation when robot ID of the predetermined robot device is supplied from the signal comparison circuit 5 and performs the control like 'it salutes by swinging head' is accordance with the control program.
