PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a switch lever and a regulation member simultaneously. SOLUTION: A gear change knob 9 stored in a handle 5 can oscillate to the right and left centered on a shaft 10, and a free end forming a cutout 12 through which a switch lever 8 can pass is between a gear change switch 6 and the switch lever 8 and is formed in a stopper 13 provided with a first regulation face 14 close to the gear change switch 6 and a second regulation face 15 remote from the gear change switch 6 stepwise. Moreover, a peripheral face of the gear change knob 9 is exposed from windows 18, 18 provided on the right and left sides of the handle 5 on a pushing-in side of the switch lever 8 so that it can be oscillated and operated from the outside of the handle 5.
