PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ceramic plate from being separated from a base metal by allowing that a fixing pin is worn earlier than the ceramic plate since the fixing pin is exposed on a surface of the ceramic plate, to easily remove an unnecessary pin part after the stud welding, to easily hold the ceramic plate during the stud welding, and to improve the workability. SOLUTION: A pipe 3 for energization which is substantially same in diameter as a flange 4a is fitted to the flange of a stud welded pin 4, a wear-resistant material 2 such as ceramics and cemented carbide is inserted in the pipe 3 for energization, the pipe 3 is held by a gun 11 for stud welding, and the stud welding is performed. After the stud welding, the pipe 3 which is projected from the surface of a ceramic plate 1 is easily cut off by a grinder, and removed.
