PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic mold for forming a bolt hole in a centrifugal casting tube with a flange as the hole as cast having good shape, size and positional precision. SOLUTION: This metallic mold is provided with a refractory-made plate-like core 20 demarcating a flange forming a space S by fitting to the opening end part 13 of a stepping part in the metallic mold body 10 and hole forming members as cast (refractory-made round bar cores 25) penetrating the flange forming space S. The plate-like core 20 has through-holes 22 penetrating the round bar cores 25 into the flange forming space S from the outside, and on the vertical wall surface 11 at the stepping part in the metallic mold body faced to the plate-like core 20, round bar core holding holes 12 for fitting and holding the front end parts of the round bar cores 25 are provided. The round bar core 25 is penetrated in the flange forming space S by fitting and holding both end portions with the through-hole 22 in the plate-like core 20 and the holding hole 12 on the vertical wall surface 11 at the stepping part.
