PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the continuous casting and rolling equipment, in which a slab having different volume is efficiently rolled. SOLUTION: This continuous casting and rolling equipment is provided with a first continuous casting apparatus 1a, a first slab cutting device 2a for cutting the slab supplied from the first apparatus into the slab of referential volume, a first carrier type heating furnace 3 disposed at the downstream side of the first slab cutting device 2a and heating the slab, while carrying it, a second continuous casting apparatus 1b, a second slab cutting device 2b for cutting the slab supplied from the second apparatus into the slab having plural times of volume to the referential volume, a second carrier type heating furnace 4 disposed at the downstream side of the second slab cutting device 2b and parallel with the first carrier type heating furnace 3 and heating the slab while carrying it, a lateral shifting heating furnace 8 disposed at the downstream side of the first carrier type heating furnace 3 and transferring the slab into the second carrier type heating furnace 4 by shifting the slab to the lateral direction and a rolling apparatus 5 arranged at the downstream side of the second carrier type heating furnace 4.
