PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing unit allowing shower bathing comfortably and safely. SOLUTION: This shower bathing unit giving a hot water shower to a human body is provided with a shower bag 1 preventing hot water from being scattered to the outside, a hot air machine 3 feeding hot air to the shower bag 1, and a hot water unit 5 feeding hot water to a bather 2. The outputs of the hot air machine 3 and the hot water unit 5 are adjusted by a sensor 8 detecting the state in the shower bag 1.
