PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized device capable of sampling sucked transudate in a short time just by a simple operation. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a housing 3 having a motor 7 for rotating a shaft 9 and an attachment 11 rotated linked with the shaft 9 in the inside and a detachable outer cover 13, and the tip end part 12 of the attachment 11 is made into a rugged shape. At the time of pressurizing the part of a cap 1, the motor 7 starts rotation and the rotation of the shaft 9 and the attachment 11 is started linked with it. Then, the top end part 12 of the attachment 11 is brought into contact with a skin part projecting from the upper end face of the opening part 17 of the outer cover 13 and the rugged shape of the rotating top end part 12 shaves off the skin part. Further, when the attachment 11 is moved backwards, the inside pressure is reduced and the sucked transudate is sampled by pressure reduction suction.
