PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically lower a planting part and to avoid the fall of a rice transplanter when it is inclined in a set range or larger than it since conventionally, when the rice transplanter was inclined more than a safety range, only an alarm system has been operated and an operator has had to avoid the fall by himself. SOLUTION: An inclination sensor 55 is placed on a rice transplanter of sulky rice transplanter. When the rice transplanter is inclined in a set angle or larger than it, and alarm is raised by a signal from the inclination sensor and simultaneously a lifting and lowering valve 50 is operated to a lowering side to drop a planting part. The inclination sensor is connected to a control means 41. An actuator 59 capable of sliding a spool 61 of the lifting and lowering valve 59 is arranged and the actuator 59 is connected to the control means. When the detected value of the inclination sensor 55 exceeds a set range, the lifting and lowering valve is changed to a lowering side by the actuator 59.
