PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the tightening effect of a lesion by laminating a cataplasm on the surface of a nonwoven fabric which consists of stretchable material and is dimensioned to allow winding to the lesion and laminating a release sheet for protection thereon, thereby constituting the stretch cataplasm. SOLUTION: The cataplasm 2 is laminated on the surface of the nonwoven fabric 1 consisting of the stretchable material as the main material of a cataplasm sheet and further, the surface of the cataplasm 2 is covered with the release sheet 3 for protection, by which the winding type stretch cataplasm sheet 10 is formed. The nonwoven fabric 1 is made freely stretchable by a three-layered structure consisting of, for example, a polyolefinic elastomer film as a central layer and polypropylene as inner and outer layers. The nonwoven fabric is formed to a length to allow winding on the lesion. General cold flush cataplasms and hot dry cataplasms are usable as the cataplasm 2. As a result, the effect of tightening the lesion may be assured.
