Aluminum channel modules (1) are enclosed by a lid (9) to form an earthed and screened conduit for cables (13) that are pre-installed. Internal screening separates power from communication cables. U-shaped channel modules (1) of standard length are click fastened (3a,b) to a wall-mounted support plate (2). The channel walls (4a,b) are enclosed by a lid (9), also using click fasteners (10a,b). Electrical and/or telecommunications cables (13), complete with end connectors (14a,b), are pre-installed and secured in grooves (17) in the upright wall (16). Openings (5a,b) accommodate cable branches (15a,b). The entire channel forms a continuous earthed and screened enclosure.
