<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a front cover and a step part having high durability by constituting the front cover and a body frame by integral molding. SOLUTION: This small electric is constituted by having a boarding seat, a battery and a control device in a vehicle body frame supported by a front wheel of a single wheel steered/operated by a steering wheel and a pair of left/right rear wheels driven by an electric motor. The vehicle body frame is constituted of a front side body frame 5A and a rear side body frame 5B, and the front side body frame 5A forming a step in the boarding operation part and a front wheel protective front cover having a post part for steerably/ operably supporting the front wheel are integrally molded out of aluminum die-cast. Thus, since the front cover and the vehicle body frame forming a step part are integrally molded, a manufacturing process can be reduced, work for connecting the front cover and the step part is obviated, and the whole can be formed in high strength.</p> |
