<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or suppress transmission of engine vibration and to cool the whole exhaust pipe and an O-ring at connecting part in an exhaust pipe connecting structure of a two-cycle engine. SOLUTION: The whole exhaust pipe having cooling water passages 25, 15, 33 in a surrounding wall is separated into an upper stream side exhaust pipe 11 at an engine side and a lower stream side exhaust pipe 12 at an exhaust gas outlet side, and both exhaust pipes 11, 12 are inserted and connected at a socket part 30 of one exhaust pipe 11 and an insert part 34 of the other exhaust pipe 12 through an O-ring 38 for an exhaust gas seal. A cooling water passage 24 and a cylindrical elastic material joint 13 are formed on an outer circumferential side of the socket part 30 at an inserting connection part and a thermal insulation space S for isolating heat of exhaust gas is formed to an interior side from the O-ring 38.</p> |
