<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely control braking according to a gradually changing vehicle traveling state at decelerating operation time of a vehicle by an accelerator pedal by controlling braking force generated in a braking system on the basis of a vehicle traveling state when the accelerator pedal is returned in a prescribed range for cutting off combustion. SOLUTION: At vehicle traveling time, a braking control unit 100 decides a factor S for adjusting braking force to be added according to the transmission ratio corresponding to a gear shift position by a shift sensor 48 by referring to a table stored in a memory unit 120, and also decides engine brake torque Te on the basis of output of an engine speed sensor 46. Engine brake assist deceleration is determined by subtracting Te from deceleration determined by considering the factor S to be generated when releasing stepping-down of an accelerator pedal, and a wheel cylinder is controlled in driving to operate braking force corresponding to the deceleration on a vehicle.</p> |
