PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce the size in the axial direction of a torque sensor. SOLUTION: This torque sensor 70 is constituted by providing a recessed part 71 which is turned integrally with a first shaft 20 and which has a slope S in the direction of roration. In addition the torque sensor is constituted by providing a ball (a moving body) 72 which can be turned integrally with a second shaft 10 connected to the first shaft 20 so as to be capable of being turned relatively and so as to be capable of transmitting a torque, which is assembled so as to be movable to the axial direction, which is spring-urged toward the recessed part 71, which is fitted so as to be capable of entering the recessed part 71 and which is coupled elastically to the slope S in a part. In addition, the torque sensor is constituted by providing a detection part (the detecting lever 75a of a detector 75) which detects the displacement in the axial direction of the ball 72. |
