摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge the abnormality such as the connection defect or the like of a coil on the basis of the output of a differential amplifier circuit without installing a new discrimination means separately. SOLUTION: This torque sensor is provided with a first differential amplification means 41 by which the difference between a first subvoltage S1 and a second subvoltage S2 is amplified on the basis of a change in inductances of a pair of coils 11, 12 according to a torque so as to be output as a first main voltage M1. In addition, the torque sensor is provided with a second differential amplification means 42 by which the difference between a third subvoltage S3 and a fourth subvoltage S4 is amplified so as to be output as a second main voltage M2. In addition, the torque sensor is provided with an abnormal-state-signal output means 50 which outputs an abnormal-state signal when the difference between the first main voltage M1 and the second main voltage M2 exceeds a prescribed tolerance. The torque sensor is provided with an abnormality judgment means 20 which judges the abnormality of the coils 11, 12 on the basis of the first subvoltage S1, the second subvoltage S2, the third subvoltage S3 and the fourth subvoltage S4. In addition, the torque sensor is provided with a voltage displacement means by which the second main voltage M2 is displaced so as to exceed the prescribed tolerance when the abnormality judgment means 20 judges the abnormality. Even when the coils are abnormal, the abnormal-state signal is output.
