PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily utilize waste heat while making the best use of a turbine output. SOLUTION: A power generator 2 is interlocked with and coupled with a turbine 1 that combusts a fuel and outputs rotating power, and a compressor 16 is interlocked and coupled therewith for pressurizing a refrigerant to high pressure. Waste gas exhausted from the turbine 1 is supplied to a waste heat recovery section 9 to heat water in a hot water storage tank 8 and stores high temperature water. There are connected to the compressor 16 a condenser 17 for cooling a refrigerant and further condensing and liquefying the same, an expansion valve 18, and an ice making machine 19 for making ice by vaporizing the refrigerant in order to form an ice making circuit. Further, an ice heat storage tank 2 is connected with the ice making machine 19 and produced ice is stored. |
