PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire very high safety in a device used to implement agglutination reaction test in the immunohematology. SOLUTION: This device for implementing agglutination reaction test has a microtube equipped with a widened upper area and a lower tube-like area of smaller diameter, and has a plurality of grooves 5, 6, 7 in a transition area between the microtube upper part directed to a test sample and the microtube lower part containing an agglutination reaction reagent, and a ball 4 loose-fitted on the grooves 5, 6, 7 and demarcating, together with the grooves 5, 6, 7, communication passages between the upper part and the lower part of the device for implementing agglutination reaction test. The communication passages prevent the test sample from freely passing therethrough, and the test sample can move to the lower area containing the agglutination reaction reagent only when the device for implementing agglutination reaction test is subjected to a centrifugal action of predetermined characteristics.
