PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high foam by an inert gas at a low cost by heat- kneading a specified quantity of a low density polyethylene having a specified density and a melt flow rate, a specified quantity of a high density polyethylene having a specified characteristic value and a melting point, a specified quantity of the polysiloxane-polyether block copolymer and a specified quantity of the nucleus forming material of azo-dicarbon amide and talc. SOLUTION: Content of the high density polyethylene having a melting point at 127-136 deg.C by the DSC measuring method, density at 0.945-0.968 g/cm3 and a melt flow rate at 0.1-25 g/10 min and the low density polyethylene having density at 0.915-0.925 g/cm3, and a melt flow rate at 0.1-10 g/10 min are set at 100, 20-150 pts.wt. Furthermore, polysiloxane-polyether block copolymer expressed with formulas I, III at 0.1-5 pts.wt. and one or more kinds of nucleus forming agent selected from the azo-dicarbon amide and talc at 0.02-5 pts.wt. are blended, and the whole are heated for kneading within a range at 145-190 deg.C. In formula I, X means a group selected in the group of formula II.
