PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-transmissive reflection plate of which the transmissivity of transmitted light is almost uniform ranging over nearly the entire region of visible light and at the same time the reflectivity of reflected light is almost uniform ranging over nearly the entire region of visible light and of which both the transmitted light and the reflected light are not colored in the case of being irradiated with while light. SOLUTION: The semi-transmissive reflection plane 4 is provide with a first layer 1 made of silver with 30-350Åthickness and a second layer 2 with 1.6-2.2 refractive index n2 and with 0.23λ-0.33λoptical thickness n2.d2, which is a product of its refractive index n2 and thickness d2 (here,λexpresses wavelength of light), successively from the light-transmissive substrate 3 side toward the air layer 5 side on the surface of the light-transmissive substrate 3.
