PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rotating member whose operability or the like is improved, when the terminal of the winding of a rotor is connected to a connection part installed at a commutator and in which the balance of the winding in every pole of the rotor of a type having a core is easy to keep properly. SOLUTION: A rotating member R is formed of a rotor 1 and a commutator 4. The rotor 1 has a polarized region A having winding 3 and a lacking region B in which there exists no part. The commutator 4 comprises sliding electrodes 45. Protrusion parts 44 which protrude in the radial directions are installed at the commutator 4, and the protrusion parts 44 are arranged in the lacking region B at the rotor 1. Connection parts 48 are installed at tip parts of the protrusion parts 44. Taper-shaped protrusion pieces 49 are installed at the commutator 4, in a state in which they are wedged into parts between inside end parts 32, 32 at two adjacent windings 3, 3.
