PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce abrasion noise and shock noise produced in the case of fitting a subminiature microphone to clothing or the like. SOLUTION: The microphone holder 5 of a structure to which a subminiature microphone is inserted is made of a gel that reduces abrasion noise and/or shock noise in contact with other object, its top face 6 has a curved face hardly causing the abrasion noise and/or the impact noise in the case of the contact with other object, a bottom face has a hard or a semi-rigid plate integrated with the gel and adhered thereto, and the degree of the adhesion can sufficiently withstand repetitive use of a double-side adhesive tape used for the bottom face of the plate even when the microphone is fitted.
