PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger in which a plurality of sets of heat exchange can be carried out in parallel with no trouble. SOLUTION: Two heat exchanging tubes 6, 7 are wound around a tube 2. Consequently, a plurality of sets of heat exchange can be carried out simultaneously and an air conditioning system where heat exchange of one tube is utilized for air conditioning and heat exchange of the other tube is utilized for floor heating can be designed. When the other tube 7 is wound around one tube 6, the tube 7 wound on the outer circumferential side exchanges heat through use of waste heat from the tube 6 wound on the inner circumferential side and there waste heat is recovered effectively. Furthermore, axial length of the tube 2 can be shortened and a compact heat exchanger can be obtained.
