PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a valve wherein a valve body storing space rotatably storing a valve body is molded on a resin valve case, and a valve hole is opened/closed while slidably moving a valve body to a valve seat by a rotation of the valve body. SOLUTION: A resin valve case 3 wherein a valve body storing space 2 rotatably storing a valve body 1 is molded is divided into a middle part 11 wherein the valve body storing space 2 is molded so as to open both ends in a rotating axis direction thereof, and covering parts 12, 13 blocking the both ends of the valve body storing space 2, to be formed by resin. At least one rotating axis direction end of the valve body storing space 2 is opened so as to be attached with the valve body 1, and a plurality of valve holes 4 and valve seats 5 are provided on the middle part 11. The covering parts 12, 13 are fixed to both ends of the middle part 11, and a through-hole 6 along a intersecting direction with respect to the rotating axis X of the valve body 1 is provided of the valve body 1.
