PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a girdle with beautiful appearance where seams do not remarkably appear on the surface by folding a back body cloth inside and sewing highly stretchable cloth overlappedly along the hem of the girdle. SOLUTION: This girdle is such one that the edge of a back body cloth 5 is folded inside along the hem 12, one side of the edge of a highly stretchable zonal cloth 15 is situated on the back side of the folded part 17, and the edge and the folded part 17 are sewn overlappedly; and also the other part 23 of the edge of the zonal cloth 15 is sewn 22 with the back body cloth 5 unitedly overlappedly. Thereby, the aimed girdle with beautiful appearance and good fitness to the hip where seams along the hem folded part do not remarkably appear on the surface.
