GUIDE RAIL LAYING METHOD FOR ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail laying method for elevator capable of laying a guide rail in a hoistway, without making a special connecting structure at guide rail edge part and without requiring temporary placing of all guide rails in a leaning state after carrying into the hoistway. SOLUTION: The lower edge of a top guide rail 8c lifted up in a hoistway and the upper end of a middle part guide rail 8d led from the landing floor 3 at the lowest floor are fixed temporarily by a fastener on a first floor 6 of scaffolding 5 for working. After they are turnably connected, the top guide rail 8c is further lifted up to carry the middle part guide rail 8d in the hoistway and to place it in a vertical state. The top guide rail 8c and the middle part guide rail 8d are connected and fixed so as to be positioned on the same straight line on a second floor 7. Thereby, the middle part guide rail 8d can be carried in the hoistway smoothly, and other guide rails can also be connected and carried one by one in the hoistway in the same way.
