PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the play of a movable energizing roller and to reduce the vibration noise by providing, on an energizing roller shaft, a vibration preventing means for energizing the energizing roller shaft to one side of a guide groove in a direction substantially perpendicular to an energizing means. SOLUTION: A coil spring 52, that is a vibration preventing means, is mounted between energizing roller shafts 49 to cause energizing force to act thereon. Namely, the energizing force by the coil spring 52 is substantially perpendicular to the energizing force of a coil spring 51, to energize the energizing rollers 49 to one side of a guide groove 47a. The energizing force of the coil spring 52 is set to strength to the extent that the sliding of the energizing roller shafts 49 will not be affected. Consequently, the play between the energizing roller shaft 49 and the guide groove 47a is solved, and the vibration of the energizing roller shaft 49 can be suppressed even if a drive roller and an energizing roller 50, and the noise caused thereby can be suppressed.
