<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT scanning device capable of performing a rapid and high-resolution X-ray CT scan of an inspected body and provide its method. SOLUTION: Rotating devices 3 are provided for rotating X-ray inspection devices, a plurality of pairs made up of X-ray generators 4, 4' and X-ray detectors 5, 5', are disposed so that each pair is positioned on the same plane at a fixed angle interval, a device is provided for preparing projection data based on X-rays transmitted by an inspected body at the same angle and detected by the respective detectors at the same time from different directions, and a device is provided for processing the projection data prepared.</p> |
