<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a system dividing work which is performed for opening a jump device, when an electrical accident occurs in a transmission and distribution system to be carried out easily and quickly. SOLUTION: When a jumper device 11, which electrically connects transmission lines 2 anchored to the steel crossarm 1 of a steel tower via anchor clamps 3 and tension insulator strings 6 on both sides of the steel tower to each other via a jumper conductor 15 both ends of which are electrically connected to the clamps 3, a conductor section 15a for division is detachably connected to the conductor 15 via attachable/detachable clamping sections 16, and at the same time, both ends of an insulating rod (insulating member) 17 provided along a conductor section 15a for division 15a are fixed to the main body section sides 15b of conductors 5. When the conductor section 15a for division is cut with a cutting tool, the jumper device 11 is released instantaneously, and system division is made. When there is no need for emergency measure, the conductor section 15a for division can be reused, the section 15a is removed by loosening the grasping sections 16.</p> |
