COLUMN SWITCH WITH ROTARY CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occupied space of a rotary connector by arranging a housing of the connector within a base of a column switch. SOLUTION: This column switch 8 with a rotary connector electrically connects the side of a steering wheel with the side of a body by a flexible flat cable 5 spirally stored in a housing. A cancel rotor 4 of a turn signal switch 9 mounted with the switch 8 is arranged around a rotor 6. The switch 8 has a base 1 holding a body 9b of the switch 9. In the base 1, a cylindrical portion 1a is formed at about center thereof and a annular groove 1b inserting the rotor 4 around the portion 1a.
