PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simple attachment with a small number of parts by forming a support shoulder, protruding from a portion of a heat sink body at a first height and forming a button shoulder protruding from a portion of the support shoulder at a prescribed second height. SOLUTION: A heat sink 200 comprises a body 250, having a first and a second sides 251 and 252. A support shoulder 210 is formed on the surface of the second side 252 outside the body 250, where the distance from the surface of the second side 252 to the top of the support shoulder 210 is set a a first height. A button shoulder 215 is formed on the surface of the second side 252 over the support shoulder 210 substantially at the center of the support shoulder 210, where the distance between the top of the support shoulder 210 and the top of the button shoulder 215 is set as a second height. The button shoulder 215 has a thinner outer diameter than that of an opening in an inserted print wiring board. The support shoulder 210 functions as a spacer shoulder 211, separating the beat sink 200 from the print wiring board. |
