PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric-type acceleration detecting device less liable to be affected by environments in manufacturing a piezoelectric element, having a structure capable of securing high reliability with fundamental characteristics stable in use, and capable of being manufactured with a high yield. SOLUTION: In this piezoelectric-type acceleration detecting device, a piezoelectric element 1 is unified with a weight basis part 14 and with a fixing block 6, a joint part to the piezoelectric element 1 is only an end face for bonding the weight basis part 14 to a weight 5, an element pedestal 7 mounted with a sensor part having detection pattern electrodes 2 and plated counter electrodes 12 formed thereon is sealed in a case 10 with a base 11, which is a moisture- resisting wall having moisture resistance keeping the humidity around the sensor part below 50% and forming an outer packaging part serving as an electrical shield. A board with an output adjusting circuit part disposed thereon for adjusting the output of the sensor part is disposed on the base 11, and fine adjustment of the output is performed on the outside after the sensor part is sealed in the outer packaging part. |
