PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of positional shift or lift at the time of delivery even in a thin-walled film ready to deliver between drums. SOLUTION: A film sticking apparatus is equipped with a cutting and feeding means 20 cutting a label forming base material M comprising a synthetic resin film while feeding the same to a first delivery position P2 to form a label, a label sticking means 40 bonding the label to an aluminum can C at a label sticking position P4 and a delivery drum 30 receiving the label cut from the label forming base material M by the cutting and feeding means 20 at the first delivery position P2 to delivery the same to a bonding drum 40 at a second delivery position P3. The delivery drum 30 delivers the leading end position of the label to the sticking drum 41 without sagging the same by spraying air on the leading end portion of the label sucked and held to the outer peripheral surface toward the front in the moving direction of the label.
