PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively produce a spraying device by reducing the demand for the positioning accuracy of the parts of a spraying portion. SOLUTION: A mesh portion 13 having a large number of fine holes 14 is formed on the region of a part of a flat plate-shaped mesh member 11 and a piezoelectric vibrater 15 having a pair of comb-shaped electrodes 16 and 17 provided on the surface thereof is fixed to the upper surface of the other region of the mesh member 11 and, in such a state that a spray liquid 18 is dripped on the mesh portion 13, a high frequency signal is applied across the comb-shaped electrodes 16 and 17 and the vibration of the piezoelectric vibrator is transmitted to the mesh portion 13 and the spray liquid 18 is atomized to be outputted as a mist 20.
