PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically proofread a document, and to reduce the load of a user by inputting the evaluation value of the document, correcting the document so that it satisfies the evaluation value, inputting the evaluation value of the document and showing a part which does not satisfy the evaluation value. SOLUTION: An input means 101 input a document, once stores the inputted document in an evaluation control part 102 and sends it to a document analysis part 103. The document analysis part 103 receives character data under the control of the evaluation control part 102, uses document analysis knowledge 104, analyzes the document and sends the document analysis result to the evaluation control part 102. A document, correction part 105 appropriately corrects the document by using document analysis knowledge 104 against the document analysis result transferred from the evaluation control part 102 and returns the result to the evaluation control part 102. The evaluation control part 102 calculates evaluation points on the respective sentences in the document by using the received document analysis result and shows a part which does not satisfy the evaluation value on a display means 106. |
