PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an image quality by improving flow property of non- magnetic one component toner. SOLUTION: This developing device is provided with a developing roller 12 which is placed opposite to the image carrier and performs development by allowing the non-magnetic one component toner to be stuck on a surface of the image carrier, and the toner feeding roller 24 which is arranged in contact with the developing roller 12 by the prescribed pressing force and feeds the non-magnetic one component toner on the developing roller 12 corresponding to the rotation thereof. Then, the toner feeding roller 24 is composed by uniformly flocking the brush hair on a core member (core). Since the toner feeding roller 24 is composed by uniformly flocking the brush hair on the core member, foreign additive is prevented from being buried in the non-magnetic one component toner, or from falling off the non-magnetic one component toner. |
