PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inversion device capable of reversing stacked sheets up side down, while they are being carried so as to let them be delivered in a state that both their side peripheries are made arrayed. SOLUTION: A sheet inversion frame 8 is provided for a moving path for stacked sheet So to be carried by a sheet carrying conveyor 2, and four housing parts 9 capable of housing the stacked sheets So are formed up over the sheet inversion frame 8 at angular intervals of 90 deg. each. When the stacked sheets So carried over by the sheet carrying conveyor 2 are sent into the housing part 9 held sideways, the sheet inversion frame 8 is rotated by 90 deg. so as to let the stacked sheets So be erected, and both its side peripheries and both the end peripheries of the laminated sheets So in an erected condition are made uniform by a side periphery arraying mechanism 13 and an end periphery arrangement mechanism. After that, the sheet inversion frame 8 is further rotated by 90 deg., and the stacked sheets So is then reversed up side down so as to be sent over to the sheet carrying conveyor 2 in order to be carried by the conveyor.
