FIXING DEVICE FOR ENTRANCE HEADER OF SUPERHEATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elongate life by eliminating generation of stress at connecting portions of superheater pipes to an entrance header of the superheater, which stress is caused by displacement of the entrance header of the superheater in correspondence with the displacement of a rear wall pipe when there is a temperature difference between the rear wall pipe and the entrance header of the superheater. SOLUTION: An entrance header 5 of a superheater to which superheater pipes 10 which have passed through a rear wall pipe 4 of a boiler 1 are connected, is supported at necessary portions thereof in longitudinal direction by a support beam 11. Load of the support beam 11 supporting the header 5 is loaded on the rear wall pipe 4. Thus the header 5 is displaced in correspondence with the thermal expansion of the rear wall pipe 4.
