PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform attachment and detachment to close the feeding port of an already provided mailbox and to block the feed of mail or the like. SOLUTION: Being positioned at the back surface side lower edge part of a horizontally long feeding port covering front surface plate having a size for covering the feeding port of the mailbox, a feeding port lower edge hooking structure 11 is constituted. For the feeding port lower edge hooking structure 11, a hooking and suspending part 14 following a hooking part 13 is constituted by bending a hooking plate 12 erected on the feeding port covering front surface plate 10 downwards, bend pawls 15 for hooking width adjustment are projectingly attached on both ends of the hooking part 13 and the bend pawls 16 for a spacer are projectingly attached on both ends of the hooking and suspending part 14. Then, the message of rejecting mailing or the like is displayed on the front surface of the feeding port covering front surface plate 10 and feeding to the mailbox is prevented.
