PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily hold water stop performance by providing a main body having a diametrically expansive part of a tube end socket, a first screw on the inside surface and a stopper, rubber packing and a bolt forming a second screw on an outside surface and a ring housing part on an inside surface. SOLUTION: When connecting mutual tubes 12 by a tube coupling 10, an interval L between the inmost end surface of a diametrically expansive part 20 and a tip surface of a bolt 16 is set large to reduce insertion resistance of the tubes 12 to reduce compressive force imparted to rubber packing 26. While, a metallic or hard plastic reinforcing in-core 40 is installed in an end part of the tubes 12. When inserting the tubes 12 into a socket 18 from an end part of the bolt 16, a fastening ring 36 of a ring housing part 32 and the packing 26 are diametrically expanded in order by a taper surface of the in-core 40, and the ring 36 engages with an outside surface of the tubes 12, so that the packing 26 is brought into pressure contact with an outside surface of the tubes 12. When the tip of the tubes 12 abuts to a stopper 24, insertion of the tubes 12 is completed. Fastening torque of the bolt 16 is adjusted, and proper compressive force is imparted to the packing 26 to thereby easily hold water stop performance of a joining part. |
