摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To periodically increase and decrease an optical path length at a high speed wherein a light beam outputted from a beam splitter is reflected by a reflecting member and makes incident again. SOLUTION: This reflecting member moving apparatus is equipped with a reflecting member 11 which has reflecting mirrors 16a, 16b reflecting an incident light and a plurality of cam engaging holes 13a having a center line stretching in the direction intersecting the optical axis of the incident light, a plurality of eccentric cam shafts 8 which are rotatably retained around an eccentric shaft shifted from the center line by a specified amount (r) of eccentricity and have eccentric cams 8a, 8b rotatably engaging with the cam engaging holes 13a, and a cam shaft rotation driving apparatus 21 for rotation-driving the respective cam shafts 8. The eccentric cams 8a, 8b engage with the engaging holes 13a in such a manner that, when the cam shafts 8 rotate continuously, the reflecting member 11 performs eccentric rotation dependent movement wherein the direction is constant and reciprocal movement of a specified stoke in the direction of an incident light is contained.
